The kilns for large production volumes in the F90/RI and FV 140/RI series are inclinable (from -3° to + 7°), and are designed to constantly guarantee the highest production quality of frit thanks to fully automated control of the melting process.
These kilns are characterised by a high production output, low consumption and, thanks to the inclinable structure (a virtual "fulcrum" for the FV 140/RI), by a good standard of versatility with easy product changes
As well as the swinging version, these kilns are availabe with a fixed metal support structure with double casting spout. These kilns, whether swinging or fixed, feature a double casing spout.
The production data show below refer to white zirconium or transparent frits, according to the formulation limits specified in our offers
