Owing to its evolution, the ceramic tile production process calls for the use of greater quantities of colouring oxides for mixtures of a better quality, as well as traditional colouring oxides for glazes.
Roller kilns of RCK series produce both oxides for mixtures and oxides for ceramic glazes, by means of a non-stop and fully automated process.
The combustion and control systems employed allow for the creation of products with particularly pure colours and with a low emission of gas and vapours.
Oxides are loaded onto special refractory cordierite plates and/or info refractory bowls.
Advantages:
» |
Complete automation of the ceramic colorant calcining cycle. |
» |
Production of colorants with particularly pure tones. |
» |
Very low combustion gas and vapour emissions. |
|
The ratio estimated is approximately 1.5 Nmc/kg. of the rotary system against the 40.0 Nmc/kg. of the traditional system. |
