These are melting kilns of the inclinable type (from -3° to +7°), especially designed for melting special frits, such as lustre, low-melting frit for silk-screening colours, matt frit for floor tiles, etc., medium viscosity glossy frits, etc.
These are aggressive products that, thanks to special technical solutions, such as the cooled hearth and the water-cooled casting spout, can be produced regularly in these kilns.
The F35/RI kiln is suitable for small-scale production, as well as tests and trial runs.
The F38/RI kiln is suitable for small-and medium-scale production of special frit.
